Gastronomical delights of Puglia, drink and eat the way we do!

We begin the experience at the pick up point in Monopoli and drive 30 mins to the iconic sights of the most beautiful parts of the Valle d'Itria. Along the journey, we will see the many groves of secular olive trees, fruit orchards and mediterranean vegetation until the dry stone walls and trulli homes that are famous in the area. A brief stop in a vineyard to explore and learn about wine-making practices and the autochthonous varietals of the region will be warmly delivered by me, a passionate sommelier! It is my pleasure to bring you to my home in the hills above Fasano for a culinary experience like no other! In our Trullo, my mum will prepare a traditional meal and you will have the opportunity to try fresh pasta making for yourself. You are encouraged to participate and get your hands floury! While the food is prepared I will give you a wine tasting experience and share the wines I also produce. Then of course we eat together Puglian-style, before returning to Monopoli with full bellies and hearts.
