Ciao all, My name is Lucia! I was born and raised in Positano, Amalfi Coast. I lived in Naples, London and Barcelona to study Languages and History of Fine Arts and Archeology. In 2010 I started working as an hiking guide and in 2016, after a hard exam which took 7 years of studying, I finally got the license to be a certified guide for the Campania Region which allows me to guide in sites like Pompeii, Capri, Naples, some important places of the Amalfi Coast such as Churches and monuments. I am really passionate about local traditions, food, history and archeology. I spent lots of time in searching for the oldest traditions and always try to go into off the beaten path places so to deeply enjoy and understand our way of living. Every place must be authentic and real that's why local guides decide to this job. I also like to share life experiences with other people in order to have a wider conception of life. I am a traveller. My goal is to make you feel like at home and see my land through my eyes and my words so you can really love it. What else? A full day tour along the Amalfi Could be incredible only with a local guide from Positano! I am really passionate about local traditions, food, history and archaeology. I spent lots of time in searching for the oldest traditions and always try to go into off the beaten path places so to deeply enjoy and understand our way of living of places like the Amalfi Coast, known for windy roads and incredible cliffs pending on the intense Mediterranean Sea. In this marvellous place we'll find beautiful Villas, ancient Watch Towers, and colourful plants that are the ideal frame for an amazing experience you'll be living here. With my knowledge and the expert local driver you will have a day you would remember forever. . . We will see the small towns from Above, like Positano, Fuore, Atrani and will stop into the ancient places of Amalfitan Republic (Amalfi and Ravello). I will talk about legends, plants, history and local people. . . you will discover stories on Rossellini, Sophia Loren, Ingrid Bergman and more
Your Amalfi tour itinerary
Me and driver will greet you at the port at 9. 00 am and accompany you along the Amalfi Coast. During the drive we will be able to see Positano, Furore and Atrani from the Mini Van and we will stop into Amalfi and Ravello. We will also stop for a few minutes into some places to admire the Fjord of Furore, the Amazing Villas of Conca dei Marini, some of the incredible rocks close by the sea and you will be able to take unique pictures. When in Amalfi, we will have a walk in town and I will show you the Cathedral and some narrow streets called "vicoletti", bring you into a limoncello factory and show you the best places to do shopping. Don't forget to eat Santa Rosa (Best pastry here) and buy some chocolate! After visiting Amalfi, it's time for Lunch (you choose). And after Lunch we will visit Ravello and it's gardens. Sometimes there could be traffic but I will be happy to delight you with all my stories about the Amalfi Coast. Are you ready for this lifetime experience?
