Meet at Haifa port & head east away from the Mediterranean. visit Sephoris National Park of this Roman-Byzantine-Jewish city. A short drive will bring us to Mt Tabor with it's beautiful view of the Galilee all the way to Mt Carmel. Re-enact Deborah's battle and understand the Transfiguration mentioned in the Gospels. Next stop - Tiberias: the Roman-Jewish City which was founded exactly 2000 years ago. Circumnavigate the sea of Galilee and understand the importance through history of this "below Sea Level" body of fresh water. Return to Haifa Port in the evening or with plenty of time to set sail. It is possible to vary the itinerary and viait other sites along the way - according to personal preferences. - Safed: Jewish Mystical town famous for the Kabbala and artist quarter. - Huleh Valley: bird reserve for migrating birds along the Rift Valley.
