• First Stop: Marae Arahurahu, a sacred Polynesian temple, where we’ll connect with the island’s "mana," its spiritual energy (25-min drive, 20-min visit). • Next, we’ll visit the Maraa Grottos, featuring cool waters inside deep caves surrounded by lush vegetation (20-min drive, 15-min visit). • At Taharaa Beach, admire the famous black sand surf beach formed by a gap in the coral reef. Enjoy stunning landscapes with mountain views and beautiful ocean vistas. • The Water Garden of Vaipahi offers a shady retreat under tropical trees. We’ll stroll through the lush vegetation while listening to the soothing gurgle of water (10-min drive, 35-min visit). • We’ll continue to the Isthmus of Taravao, where we’ll enjoy panoramic views of Phaeton Bay and Tahiti Iti.
