Private Burgundy great wine tour

We had a wonderful time on this tour. Olivier was fun and very knowledgeable about wine and history of the region. He took the time to get to know our group and customized our tour to fit. It was a fabulous day!

We had a delightful day with Olivier. He is very knowledgeable and congenial. We explored several areas of Burgundy, tasting grand cru and premier cru wines, we would not have found on our own.

The tour was wonderful! Olivier was knowledgeable and fun. He planned the day perfectly with a visit to 3 wineries, a drive through some of the vineyards and a great place for lunch in a quaint village.

We had an amazing day with Olivier on well thought out wine tour. We didn’t expected to taste mostly Premier and Grand Cru in beautiful settings in the Burgundy region. It was a perfect mix of wines, nature, architecture, and history. Olivier is passionate and very knowledgeable also well known and appreciated by each location owners. Each visits were private and away from big crowds. Thank you again for the great day!

This is our second tour with Olivier, and again, he and the tour exceeded our expectations. He selected three domaines which truly highlighted some of the differences in approach and the terroir of Burgundy. From a mid-sized ultra modern operation, to a 1-2 man tiny facility with tasting in a 13th century Cistercian cellar under the winemaker’s home, we were able to taste wines that represented regional, village, 1er cru, and grand cru wines. Olivier’s pre -planning was evident as we proceeded through the day. But, there was enough flexibility to allow a drive through a nearby area of some of the exclusive domaines which do not allow visits. Lunch was in Meursault at a tiny (5 table) restaurant with a reserved table. Again, we highly recommend touring with Olivier.
