Hike to Middleham falls + Ti Tou Gorge + Sulphur springs

Dominica's tallest waterfall located on the middleham estate thus giving it the name Middleham Falls. The trail is not labeled as an easy hike. A bit steep. But accessible, roots and trunks form steps for better traction. The main waterfall Cascades down am amazing 250 feet into a deep circular pool usually forming a rainbow and a cold breeze when infront the waterfall. There is a platform for viewing , standing and leaving bags and equipment if you wish to adventure down to the swimming pools below, or even up to the main waterfall. One must exercise extreme caution when walking on the rocks , so non slippery shoes are highly recommended. The water is slightly cold but quite refreshing after the hike and leaves you feeling refreshed all the way back down. Back to the Main road and we continue the adventure up to "ti tou gorge" where you can swim in the same places seen in the pirates of the Caribbean movie. Swim through the gorge and reach the waterfall! Guides will be at your service with safety equipment.
