Birds of Paradise Private Birding Tour

If you have a passion for Bird watching and Nature walks then this tour is for you! Let us discover what's at the foot of Dominica's highest mountain , located on the northern side of the Island. Our first stop is at the Syndicate Nature Trail. A looped trail beautified my amazing roots and gigantic Gommier trees among others. The root formations are something to see. The view points offer spectacular moments as we go around the trail, and also the perfect spot to feel the breeze, listen to the sounds of nature and be on the look-out for sighting of the different local bird species including Bananaquits, Tremblers, Bullfinches and not leaving out the Amazona Imperialis or Sisserou Parrot; The national bird of the island in it's favorite habitat.

Tour itinerary will be the following: - Roseau to start of Syndicate Nature Trail: 1 hr 10 mins or if you are coming from Portsmouth: 25 mins - Hike around the Syndicate Nature Trail (easy): 1 hr - Visit Bellhall Beach Spot for Lunch or Refreshments (Herbal tea that we will gather from the rainforest). Also see birds there at the garden behind the restaurant. Mostly hummingbirds and Bananaquits. - Return to Roseau: 1 hr 10 mins or return to portsmouth :25 mins We can add or change locations in case of any setbacks ( weather etc. . . ) Or extra time to explore further. .
