Hi Travelers, I'm Javier, local accredited trekking, trail running, and horseback riding guide based in Puerto Natales, Chilean Patagonia — surrounded by fjords, mountains, and glaciers. Born and raised in this southern territory, I've spent my career guiding in some of Chile's most beautiful southern national parks, working to support the conservation and sustainable development of these ecosystems. I believe a good guide doesn't just lead the way — they shape the whole experience. I keep things zero-ego and hands-on: I'll share the knowledge you need to really understand and enjoy the places we visit, so you leave with a genuine connection to Patagonia, not just photos of it. I specialize in private, fully customized trips. With an extended network of contacts across Magallanes and Araucanía, I can connect you to the right places and people — with the flexibility to build a program around what you actually want. Traveling as a larger group, or want something fully custom? Send me a DM — every program here can be adapted. Credentials: Registered with Chile's National Tourism Service (SERNATUR) Accredited Trekking Guide, Torres del Paine National Park Mountain Rescue Course certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR) Tourist Business Manager
