enjoy a day hiking to "del Frances" Valley (original name) in Torres del Paine National Park! Your tour starts with pick up from your hotel in Puerto Natales. After 2 hours of a scenic drive, we will arrive at the Park driving to Pudeto Port to take the boat crossing to Paine Grande refuge. from there we'll hike to del Frances Valley and uphill to the Frances lookout to see the amazing views in all directions. Hanging glaciers on Paine Grande mountain, granite walls on the horns and turquoise color lakes create a unique landscape that always surprises. hiking through native forests, close to the lakes and by a glacier moraine to the lookout. Depending on the weather, physical conditions and time we can try to go until Britanico lookout close to the end of the valley. Back to Paine Grande refuge, we have to take the last boat to cross Pehoe back to Pudeto. distance close to 20km (12 miles) round trip from Paine Grande refuge to French lookout
Javier led us on an incredible journey. He picked us up promptly from our hotel, even stopping ahead of time to get us water. From there we had a memorable journey hiking the French Valley part of the W. He taught us about the vegetation, life in Patagonia, and was simply a pleasure to spend the day with. He took into account our pace & made sure we were able to return in time for the last catamaran. Highly recommend!

- Early morning pick up from your hotel in Puerto Natales - After 2 hours approx, arrive in Torres del Paine N. P. - 30 min boat crossing to Paine Grande refuge, from there we start our hike. the pace is according to your conditions and always checking the time to be back in time to take the boat back - Hike back to the boat crossing and to take our transportation back to Puerto Natales - Arrival at your hotel around 7 pm
