Good morning from Bulgaria! My name is Momchil and I am a private guide based in Ruse. Since 2004 I have been showing English speaking guests round beautiful Bulgaria. What really motivates me in my job is that I enjoy to travel and share the good moments! Overview of your Ruse tour

Today Ruse is the biggest and most important Bulgarian city on the Danube River. Architecture from the end of 19-the and beginning of 20th century is well preserved and many call Ruse "The Small Vienna". At present, it is a city full of life. It's my native town and I always feel passionate to show its charm to my guests! There are great places to have a perfect espresso or taste local dishes. We pay a visit to a top quality restaurant with a possibility for wine tasting. Bulgaria is famous for its wines all around the world! Ivanovo rock monastery is just 25 km away from Ruse and is a monument under the special protection of UNESCO. It is a complex of rock-hewn churches, chapels, and cells. The place was founded by hermits in the Middle Ages and was a powerful spiritual center. It is situated in the beautiful valley of a Rusenski Lom Nature Reserve. Today we also enjoy wide panoramic views and probably many birds songs. I am available to customize the tour according to travelers' requests!
