Hello!! My name is Atilio. I am a bachelor in tourism since 2012 and I just became a tour guide in 2026. I've been working with tourism and people since 2007 and in the last 8 years I am living in Ilhabela working for the Tourism Department. I was missing a lot to work directly with tourists and this is why I decided to become a tour guide. I love making connections with people from around the world and showing them the hotspots of the places I know. For me, a tour guide is the one that can show not only tourism attractions, but show the reality of the place and can make visitors feel more connected, creating unforgettable experiences. I love nature, beaches, hiking, culture, music, bikes (a lot!) and, mainly, people. The tours I'm offering are kind of "standards" but if you have a special request, I will be totally able to customize according to your preferences. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or looking to explore beyond the usual tourist spots, this tour offers a wonderful combination of nature, local culture, and free time to enjoy Ilhabela your way.

We will meet at your accommodation and our route will be as follows: - Barreiros Viewpoint; - Barreiros Beach; - Viana Beach; - Siriúba Beach; - Secret Chapel; - Bell Rock Beach (the rock that sounds like a bell); - Kitesurfing Ramp (fantastic view of the sea and the continent); - Jabaquara beach; - Historical Center (end of the tour). As with every ToursByLocals tour, this tour is of course customisable. Please contact me using the green 'message your guide' button and we can manage it. This tour does not include a stop for lunch. The tour finishes at the Historical Center, where there will be plenty of restaurant options. I will be happy to recommend you my favorites.
