I live in Da Nang, the middle of VietNam and I really like to be the tour guide. If you visit my city I will definitely show you the beautiful nature in my city. I got my experience from travelers who visited my city - I show them some nice places in my city. I also volunteer to be a tour guide when the travel agency need my help. I love to be friend with everyone. We usually say "let share to be share". I'm still student so right now I don't have any licence for tour guide but I think no matter whether you have it or not, iIt's the best when you learn experience from yourself. I had more than 1 year to be a tour guide for couchsufer on the couchsurfing website. I'm a volunteer to help travelers when they visited my city and translated English when they teaching English for poor children. Although I dont have licenses yet, for sure you will definitely have great tour from me.

This young lady could hardly speak English and was very tonal. I had asked for someone who was accomplished and she was certainly not, either in English or knowledge. She was not a guide - she was an escort and more than once, simply brought up the rear. A 50% refund would be quite appropriate. Roger Rose MD

Sorry you were disappointed. I think this tour got off on the wrong foot because the guests had to walk 200 m to exit the port. Also the tour lists as extra, a $30 cash charge to meet at the port - I don't think they noticed that and were surprised.
