I was born and raised in California to a Japanese father and a Filipino mother. Growing up surrounded by diverse cultures sparked my love for travel and meeting people from around the world. I had visited Japan several times before, but it was after my trip to Hokkaido that I truly fell in love with this island and decided to make it my home. I’ve been working as a tour guide for a little over a year, leading both day trips and multi-day tours all across Hokkaido. I love sharing the island’s stunning nature, delicious local food, and unique culture with visitors, helping them experience the warm hospitality and charm that make Hokkaido such a special place.
