On this tour, we visit the abandoned Union Carbide factory and the actual sites where the Bhopal Gas Tragedy disaster took place. . .

In the early morning of December 3rd, 1984, a rolling wind carried a poisonous gray cloud from the Union Carbide Plant in Bhopal. 40tons of toxic gas (methyl-isocyanate, MIC) were accidentally released from the plant, and the result was a living nightmare for the residents.
When the sun rose the next morning the magnitude of devastation was clear.
Approximately 18, 000 people died, about 500, 000 more people suffered agonizing injuries with disastrous effects of the massive poisoning.

We will visit the area from outside and see also the actual area that was affected by this tragedy. This will help you understand the consequences of the world's worst industrial disaster.
