I was born and grew up in a region where the natural and cultural environment is saturated with the scent of trees, the taste of wild fruit and the whispers of age-old Guaraní legends. My connection to the environment and my desire for continuous education allow me to convey and share with visitors —from my vocation as a tour guide— the type of life experiences that invite them to live the town's slower pace and thus, explore those ancient native tales brought by the wind. Living in a region with so many ancestral traditions, where music and typical foods are made with ingredients inherited from generation to generation, awakened in me the passion for cooking, which became the hobby that to this day I love to share with friends and visitors, turning them into part of my family, since sharing the table with the sacred ritual of the barbecue, brings us closer as people.
