Born in Menorca, passionate about the island, I have over 15 years experience in the local travel world. Inveterate adventurer, always looking for new places to discover and new stories to tell, I am glad to share my experience and local knowledge with our visitors. Walking around the streets of Ciutadella de Menorca, is at any time, a pleasure. Let me show it to you! Ciutadella, the former capital of Menorca, is a small and fascinating city facing the sea with a picturesque harbor. It was once surrounded by a fortified wall that encircled its monumental and beautiful old town, acknowledged as a national heritage since 1964. I ensure you that this visit with me will make a difference: Ciutadella is a must!

Isabel was an excellent tour guide. She gave an easy-going but comprehensive guide of Ciutadella. She also gauged our interests and adapted the tour accordingly. Highly recommended. Having this tour on our first day laid a great foundation for the trip.

Isabel was such a lovely tour guide! She gave us such a great tour of Ciudadela, Menorca Spain! You could tell how much she loved her country and all it's beautiful history. I'd highly recommend her as a tour guide :) She also made some great resteraunt recommendations and took us to a really great dessert shop and gelato shop. There's nothing better than eating some ice cream while roaming around the Menorcan streets!
We were extremely satisfied and delighted with the value of this evening tour. It was good to see many different aspects of the city packed into half a day. A few examples are: We visited an Archaeological Exhibition which reinforced what Isabel told us of the cities history; We went through a town house to the courtyard where horses are admitted as part of festival; We were given samples of local fiesta food and the speciality gin drink. Isabel took care to show us a good route to take my wheelchair.
Together we will discover its medieval history along its narrow streets, surrounded by its gorgeous palaces and manors, scattered around its magnificent XV century cathedral. - We will start at the Born square - Pass through the town hall, visiting different points - Overlook the harbor - Then we will walk down to it Then following the narrow streets we will pass by: - The courtyard of the Bishop's palace - The cathedral -Santa Clara Convent -Es Bastió de Sa Font -Plaça de Ses Palmeres -The picturesque food market -The sumptuous Olivar and Salort house. * The visits and itinerary will be customized to your personal needs, and we can include stops to artisans & artists, a food tasting on the way, or the entrance to different monuments. (that extra costs are not included in the basic tour price)
