Ciao! My name is Rosa, I’m a professional walking and hiking guide across the Amalfi Coast and the Cilento National Park. I’ve been exploring these paths since I was 12 years old, and that childhood passion has become my life’s work and what I love to share with my guests today. I believe the best way to discover my region is on foot—it’s the most relaxing and truthful way to connect with the land. I think my tours are specials because I prefer the authentic places, where you can experience the real life. I prefer to think people coming here as travelers, not only tourists so I plan my tours by asking myself: "What would I want to experience if I were visiting this place for the first time?" Together, we’ll escape the crowded places to find "secret" spots reachable only by ancient trails. Along the way, it’s common to meet local farmers with their donkeys or working in the fields. They are as curious about you as you are about them, often stopping for a friendly chat that makes you feel truly welcome. To travel is also to taste! I'm a foodie and I love to share my favorite local spots—from family-run organic farms to home restaurants tucked away in vineyards. We can have a mozzarella-making class, a Limoncello or Wine tasting or plan a pasta workshop. People are very proud of their places, generous in sharing their knowledge and they will make you feel part of the family! I specialize in small, intimate groups (typically 4-7 people) to ensure a high-quality, personal connection. However, I can host up to 12 guests and I am happy to customize every detail based on your pace and preferences. Join me for an experience that will leave you with lifelong memories. I’m sure we’ll have a lot of fun—I can’t wait to meet you! * Licenced official guide of Vesuvius National Park from 2008 * part of AIGAE (Italian Association of Excursions Guides)from 2012 to 2021 * part of LAGAP (Italian Association of Professional Guides for Excursions) from 2022 * IELTS Certification in English Language - level C1 Advanced (UK in 2011) I cannot guide inside archeological sites, museums and churches. I can do city trekking tours or walking, hiking and trekking tours along paved path or mountain walks

The most famous walk of the Amalfi peninsula, classed among one of the 10 most beautiful treks in the world! In the past local people used this walk to reach Positano on the coast where they could sell their own local products to the market. They carried their goods by mules following the path along the sea. On this path we can admire the stunning vineyard terraces clinging to the rocks, built using limestone rocks resulting in a magnificent and unique form of art. A spectacular and eye opening view appears at 600 mt of these incredible heights where we are able to see the coastline towards Positano including the islands of "Li Galli" and Capri, a memorable sight! NOTE: late June, July, August and early September we have high temperature; it's better to start not later than 8.30am
•This path begins in Agerola - Bomerano, a small village at 600 mt above the sea level, from where we follow the famous "path of the Gods" going to Nocelle. •Once in Nocelle you have a possibility to have lunch in a Trattoria (a typical family restaurant) on a terrace with a full view of Positano or you can opt just for a nice fresh lemon juice in a square close to the main church. •You can take on your own the local bus/taxi to Positano •To have in mind: Walking time: 3 hours (up to Nocelle) Distance: 7, 5 km (4 miles) up to Nocelle Difference in level: 250 mt down to Nocelle. Difficulty: this is a hike even if we call it a path/walk. Some part are rocky and exposed. If you suffer seriously of heights is not a good choice (ask me details about it). Equipment:You need hiking shoes with a good grip on the sole, walking sticks are very useful. At least 1 liter of water is essential ( there is only one fountain with tap water along the path) You need a backpack to carry your stuff, hands to be free
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
We start walking from Agerola. You can reach Agerola by local bus or private van. At the end of the hike in Nocelle you can take the local bus or a private taxi to Positano. From Positano you can take the ferry or the buses depending on where you have to come back. I can assist you with logistics and suggestions, ask me details! :-) Walking time: 3 hours (up to Nocelle) Distance: 7, 5 km (4 miles) up to Nocelle Difference in level: 250 mt down to Nocelle.
