One of the most significant archaeological finds ever, the 7000 life-size warriors and horses were constructed around 200 BC – and no two are alike. Afterwards, take a stroll through the city's Muslim Quarter, pausing to contemplate the 8th century Grand Mosque, with its unique blend of Chinese and Islamic architecture. You can also listen to traditional musicians play outside Xian's ancient city walls (dating back to the Ming Dynasty).
