Why do you travel? To learn, to see, and to experience? Come join me on my travels through the West Bank of Palestine. I love to wander, connect with people, and learn about a place from the inside. So that's how I design my tours. When I travel with you, you will see what is it like to live in Palestine - now and in the past. We will visit places that are not on a tourist map… places that define the rich diversity of Palestine. On one of my specialised journeys, my guests drink coffee in family homes, explore ancient ruins, ride motorbikes across the West Bank, wander through gnarled olive orchards, meet dynamic community leaders, or walk through the streets of city centers and refugee camps. Or I can help you find your own adventure. Come see Palestine from the inside. Motorcycle/Hiking/trekking license Driving License

Jenin, the northern city of the West Bank, has a lot to tell. Jesus passed through, the Mongols were defeated nearby, and the land is always green. Located about 120 km north of Jerusalem and 5 km south of the 1967 border, it is the northernmost city of the West Bank and the southern tip of the fertile Marj Ibn Amer triangle. It is known for its springs and produces: wheat, olives, dates, carobs, vegetables, watermelon and figs. Built at the site of the Canaanite City Ein Ganeem (garden spring) or Tel Jenin. It is also a holy site for Christians because Jesus passed through on his way from Nazareth to Jerusalem on several occasions. Join us to rediscover the city, its culture, history, people and more. We will meet a prominent historian who will tell us all about the city, and then take a tour around its distinctive sites: Balamah tunnel, Fatima Khatoun Mosque, Hittin School, German Pilots Memorial, Iraqi Army Graveyard, Ottoman buildings and more.
Start with the visitor centre, which is fairly modern and extremely informative. Visit the market with all its smells, sounds and colour, and the quieter and charming streets of the Old City. Tell Jenin is the hill which hosted the oldest settlement in Jenin, although little is visible today barring some extremely old and weathered stone houses. Visit to Jenin camp and the shining light of the camp is undoubtedly the Freedom Theatre, which has risen from the ashes to become a powerful, unifying force. Visit to German Pilot Mermorial Visit to the Balama tunnel and then outside the city centre, Burqin's pretty Christian church atop a hill.
