Tropical Garden Splendor - Half Day Tour in Florida

I personally spend most days in my garden pruning and propagating in the year-round growing season of Gardening Zone 9. I'm inspired by the stunning botanical gardens near me, where professional gardeners bring to life spectacular Orchids, Hibiscus, Gardenias, Bird of Paradise, Palm trees and so much more. Nature shows off its bold colours, fragrant beauties and exotic artistry in the unique tropical setting where humidity and sun create a natural greenhouse by the sea. Have you seen the carnivorous pitcher plant which traps insects? Have you seen the amazing orchid with blooms that resemble lobster claws? I look forward to showing you the wonderful botanical gardens in my city which I'm a member of! Also, we could visit a bountiful nursery where you can pick up plants, flowers or seeds to take home for your own yard!

-We'll begin at Largo Botanical Garden where I'll walk with you through the natural setting providing commentary on the indigenous grown plants, trees and flowers. There's also succulents and a butterfly garden! -Then we'll move on to the famous Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg where exotic flowers are grown and flamingo birds roam! Starting as an orange grove next to a sinkhole, the fertile grounds mixed with salt air are home to unique plants unseen in most parts of the world. -Next, I'll take you to a thriving nursery where experts can provide gardening tips and help you plan your home landscaping. -After that, we could stop by a local produce farmer's market (depending on the season) or to a local restaurant with fresh produce and vegetables. -At last, we'd return to the Largo garden for the end of our tour, or I could accompany to your accommodations if that's convenient for you.
