I am a life-long New Yorker, and a 5-borough enthusiast (the history, architecture, geography, art, green spaces, and secret spots). My goal as a guide is to make you just as at home here as a local does. My tours help you explore and take a deeper appreciation of my city's architecture, art, history, and culture. I specialize in walking tours, small-groups only, especially for those who are looking for a deep dive or something off the beaten path. These tour model also now ensures the safest way to explore a city. I believe that a tour isn't just about seeing a place; it's about experiencing it, on the ground. New York City has so many sights to see, and so many ways to see them. Maps, guide books, etc, can cover only the basics. I aim to offer something more personal and fun. . . and ultimately memorable. The beauty of New York is that no matter how many times you have visited, or how long you lived here, there are always new places to discover. I have a passion for my city, and I know that you will too after your time with me. Licensed New York City Sightseeing Guide by the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs Board Member, Guides Association of NYC (GANYC) I have been interviewed by NY1 News, Medium.com, and Metro. All tours are designed for exploration on foot, the truly local way to experience NYC, using public transit or Uber where needed. A driver to the starting location can be arranged on request, if absolutely necessary, or I can accompany you in your vehicle.

Come discover Brooklyn’s most historic neighborhood, before journeying to its trendiest district with stunning waterfront views. While today Brooklyn is just one of 5 NYC boroughs, it was until 1898 an independent city, and one of the largest in the country. We will meet near the former city hall of Brooklyn, and begin an exploration into the past through historic Brooklyn Heights. From there, we will journey to trendy DUMBO.
With homes dating back to the 1820s, a visit to Brooklyn Heights is a charming journey back in time. See the site of a former Underground Railroad stop, where Abraham Lincoln twice visited. Walk the streets where the Brooklyn Bridge was designed and planned. See beautiful brownstones and former stables. See the sweeping views from the Promenade, and so much more! From there, we will journey down to the neighborhood of DUMBO, a former industrial powerhouse that is now home to trendy boutiques, tech companies, and famous eateries. In DUMBO, you will cross cobblestone streets and former trolley tracks and see the most-Instagrammed spot in Brooklyn. You will see how the revitalization of a neighborhood virtually abandoned a half-century ago.
