"In London everyone is different and that means anyone can fit in. " (Paddington Bear) Hello my name is Charlotte, or Lotty and I'd love to show you around London and beyond. I love storytelling and the way it moves, engages and excites, connecting people and places with history. London is a two thousand year old history book, jam packed full of tales. Stories of disaster and devastation - fires, bombs, plagues and destruction, yet it rises time and time again, still standing as the most forward thinking, dynamic, multicultural city in the world! Bursting with parks and palaces, museums and art galleries, shopping destinations and best of all, the epitome of pomp and circumstance! Together let's plan a day seeing all the places you might recognise from books or screen, let me bring to life the people and places where the action took place. - I am a qualified London blue badge tour guide, studying for two years at university level and completing and passing a comprehensive series of written and practical exams. - BA (Hons) Acting - first class honours - Drama teacher I am not a driver guide. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

A fun, fascinating 2.5-3hr Westminster walking tour. Learning some of our capital's 2k year history, with a guide who loves to share stories and knows the best photo stops. A great way to blow away the jet lag, stroll through one of London's royal parks to Buckingham Palace, check the time at Big Ben and say hi to the Lions at Trafalgar Square! Depending on schedule (Changing of the guard ceremony takes place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday - weather permitting) We will march into one of Britain’s most iconic traditions. With gleaming uniforms, precision marching, and the stirring sound of military bands, the Changing of the Guard is more than a security handover, it’s a living pageant of history. Watch the King’s Guard in their famous red tunics and bearskin hats as they parade in full ceremony, swapping duties with flawless drill. Set against the backdrop of Buckingham Palace, this spectacle blends royal pomp, military discipline, and London flair! I can't wait to share it with you.
Meet in Parliament Square, get our selfies with Big Ben, learn about our royal church Westminster Abbey, famous for its coronations and burial place to famous writers and scientists. Stroll through one of London's eight royal parks to Buckingham Palace. If scheduled, we will find the best spot for guard change, then finish up the tour in Trafalgar Square.
