I'm Bill , your driver / guide. I can't wait to take you for a fantastic day out here in The Highlands of Scotland. It really is a beautiful part of the world; I love it! Born and brought up in Edinburgh I spent most of my childhood holidays in The Highlands; winter holidays in The Cairngorms and summer holidays near Gairloch, over on the beautiful northwest coast. My early working life involved teaching skiing in the mountains here and in the Alps, and crewing for a yacht charter company on the west coast, occasionally serving beer and whisky to the thirsty locals of Badachro. There are stories!! I moved to Inverness after meeting my wife Catriona, a local lass, in the mid 90s. Many a happy day have been spent since then walking the hills, discovering beautiful lochs and glens and driving through the glorious landscapes we have here on our doorstep. Let me show you! We'll have a lot of fun too. We'll spend a day (or more) driving around in great comfort in either the V-class Mercedes for small groups of up to six travelers, or, for two or three folk, if you fancy getting the wind in your hair and feel the mountains peering down on you, how about going out in our E-class Mercedes convertible? Don't worry, we'll check the weather forecast (it has been known to rain here occasionally). If it's going to be wet, we'll keep warm and dry in the bigger Merc instead! Both vehicles are available for transfer tours. You're welcome to use me for your airport and/or hotel transfers. How about we meet down in Edinburgh or Glasgow and I drive you north for a day or two (or more), touring throughout Scotland. We can create a tour to meet your requirements; golf, whisky, hills & lochs…. Or we can just meander, take the back roads and just see where we end up. Where to? Anywhere! Let's Go! I look forward to meeting you here in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. BA (hons) Leisure Management. Fully insured, including public liability. Travel in comfort and enjoy all the "Must See" attractions and destinations in and around Loch Ness and Inverness. A day of historic sights, epic views, and tall tales awaits! We enjoy lovely views as we head from Invergordon cruise port towards Beauly, with a quick stop to meet the Heilan Coos (Highland Cattle) at Robertson's Farm. A quick visit to Beauly Priory, and then over the hill to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. You'll have plenty of time to enjoy exploring this fascinating landmark whilst admiring the unrivaled views of Loch Ness. We then pass through Old Inverness, stopping to enjoy the river and more, before heading for Cawdor Castle & Gardens and the 4000-year-old Clava Cairns. Our final destination is Culloden Battlefield, the site of the last ever battle fought on British soil and where the 1745 Jacobite Rebellion came to its tragic end.

Bill put together a fantastic itinerary for our multi-generational group of 7. He provided an overview of the rich history of Scotland in an approachable and conversational way. The transportation was first-rate, the stops were well managed, and the timeline was well planned. I would recommend Bill to my family and friends.
