Five stars. Pri knows Old Dubai, and she knows how to show it. I booked four hours with Pri and came away wishing I had booked more. She met me at the hotel, and from the first stop in the Al Fahidi district she was doing the thing a great guide does: not reciting dates, but explaining why the wind towers and coral walls are shaped the way they are, and what life in that neighborhood actually looked like in the 1700s and 1800s. The private abra across the Creek is worth the crossing on its own. On the other side she walked me through all three souks, textile, spice and gold, at a pace that left room to stop and actually look at things rather than being marched past them. The highlight for me was the Perfume House in Al Shindagha. I work in fragrance, and Pri picked up on that immediately and gave the visit far more depth than a standard stop would have had. She answered questions well past what the itinerary called for. Lunch at Al Fanar was excellent and genuinely Emirati, not a tourist version of it. The car, driver, tickets and meal were all handled. Nothing to arrange, nothing to worry about. If you want Old Dubai explained by someone who is curious about your interests and adjusts to them, book Pri.
