6 days Climb Mount Kilimanjaro via marangu route

The route approaches the mount from the southeast, it is considered to be the easiest route among the five climbing routes due to its gradual slope and the direct path. It is also the oldest and well-established and the only one that offers facilities such as sleeping huts which are in dormitory style.

The huts have bunk beds at Mandara, Kibo, and Horombo huts. There are supplies of mattresses and pillows but still, there is a need for sleeping bags to be carried with the guest. Apart from the pillows and mattresses, the huts are also equipped with dining halls and equipped washrooms.

Moreover, On this 6 day Marangu route there are consumption availabilities such as soft drinks and beers but not included in the mentioned price

Lake Manyara National Park is situated in northern Tanzania and the entrance gate is about 126 km west of Arusha. The park covers an area of 330 sq. km, up to 200 of which are taken up by the lake when the water level is high.

Lake Manyara has no outflows and is fed by underground springs and several permanent rivers. It was formed as the result of a depression in the rift valley system. Residents suggest this lake was a hotspot for sport hunting around the 1920s before becoming part of the national park in 1960.

Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its tree-climbing lions. The park's lions tend to climb trees far more often than those in the Serengeti National Park or Tarangire National Park. This phenomenon has baffled scientists, and seeing tree climbing lions on a game drive is an unforgettable experience. I'll tell you some of the secrets I learned in my years of experience, and share some of the reasons why they do this.

Lake Manyara National Park Safari Tour

Tarangire National Park covers an area of 2, 600 km² situated 120 km south of Arusha. This park is far from being the biggest of the Tanzania parks, but it has unrivalled landscape of open plains, dotted with thousands of its baobab trees and splendid vistas of rolling savannah and acacia woodland and it is mostly known for the largest herds of elephants and buffalo. This is one of Africa's little-known gems and should be on the itinerary of all lovers of wilderness and solitude.

The game numbers are staggering: 30. 000 zebras, 25. 000 wildebeest, 5. 000 buffalo, 3. 000 elephants, 2. 500 Maasai giraffes and over 1. 000 fringe-eared Oryx. Predators include lion, cheetah and leopard; birders will want to look out for the endemic ashy starling, Rufous-tailed weaver and black-collared lovebird.

Packed lunch is served at the picnic site, later in the afternoon drive back to Arusha.

Because Arusha National Park is closet destinations to Arusha town, its opportunity for clients who start from Arusha to enjoy early game drive in the park. There is a lot of game viewing including large number of zebras, buffalo, giraffe, elephants, monkey's etc.
Visitors will enjoy a ranger guided walking safaris very close to wildlife and get in touched with flora and fauna of the place. Walking safaris ends at most beautiful waterfalls coming from Mount Meru.

Best Summit Mount Kilimanjaro

This National Park covers Mount Meru, a prominent volcano with an elevation of 4566 m, in the Arusha Region of north eastern Tanzania. The park is small but varied, with spectacular landscapes in three distinct areas.

In the west, the Meru Crater funnels the Jekukumia River, and the peak of Mount Meru lies on its rim. This is a popular destination for hikers. A different crater, the Ngurdoto in the south-east, consists of grasslands. The shallow alkaline Momella Lakes in the north-east have varying algal colours.

Mount Meru is the 2nd highest peak in Tanzania after Mount Kilimanjaro, which is just 60 km away and forms a backdrop to views from the park to the east. The park is just 51 km north east of Arusha, as well as 58 km from Moshi and 35 km from Kilimanjaro International Airport.
