Swiss green meadows with the classic images of Swiss cows, the snowy mountains' peaks on the background, the powerful waterfalls, the stunning color of alpine lakes - all this is priceless! I live in Swiss Riviera region, which attracted so many celebrities like Freddie Mercury, Coco Chanel, Igor Stravinsky, Audrey Hepburn, Charlie Chaplin and many others. They were choosing this place for living. And I guess they had a good eye on the best! In my home country (Belarus, Gomel region) I obtained a diploma in Marketing and then got an office job that provided me financially but didn't give me the sense of living full live). So, I stepped down for Cruise Line job on the bord of a ship cruising in Caribbean. Since then my life never brought me to the office again. I started doing tours when I was living in Madrid, Spain. That's when I realized that working with tourists is totally my thing. Each tour for me is first of all a serious preparatory job, as for organizational part so the information presented during our time together. Each tour is unique and I am trying to adjust it with accordance with your wishes. Overview of your Lausanne tour
I invite you for a picturesque walk through Lavaux, the Switzerland's largest contiguous vineyard area with almost one thousand-year history. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Lavaux wine region is famous for its unique landscape, long traditions and absolutely stunning views! Stretched between Lausanne and Montreux, this region is the most instagrammable location on the Lake Geneve shore. You will learn the history of the region, the varieties of grapes that are grown here, the local wine’s characteristics and why only around 1% of Swiss wine is exported. And for a complete immersion in the Lavaux charm you will visit the local winery for a wine tasting! Note: the tour is roughly 4 km in length and it is mainly hilly. Comfortable foot wear and a bottle of water are strongly advised The local wineries are not always open for public. Kindly ask you to get in touch with me before requesting the tour. Note: tour can be customized to include a private boat cruise upon request
Your Lausanne tour itinerary
We will start our tour from the beautiful village of wine makers and will continue our nice stroll through the vineyards along the lake, enjoying the views. After around 1,5 hours of walking we'll arrive to a local winery for a wine tasting. After the winery we'll continue the walk towards the train station in another village (in case you arrange the private transport, we'll head to a parking place). It will take at around another 30 min. I will accompany you to your accommodation and will share more recommendations of things to do for the rest of your stay. Since the wineries are not open for public every day, I kindly ask you to get in touch with me before requesting the tour.

Meeting point: • your hotel in Lausanne or by agreement. Then we will go by train together to the tour starting point. It takes up to 10 minutes to get to the starting point by train from Lausanne-Gare (main train station). If you would like us to meet in Geneva, I can also do it, in that case I will proived the total price. It takes around 1 hour by train from Geneve Cornavin (main train station). If you prefer traveling by private transport, I will help you to arrange it, too.
