During our walk you'll get to know the history of Lausanne, will see its hidden gems and will discover interesting facts about celebrities living here, Coco Chanel and David Bowie being among them!
Your Lausanne tour itinerary
After we meet, we will head to the highest area of the city, where the Old Town is located. What we will see and visit: - Lausanne Cathedral which is one of the best examples of Gothic art not only in Switzerland but in the whole Europe. If you will feel like, you may climb up to the tower of the Cathedral. The views from there on the city, Lake Geneva and the Alps are just stunning. -the carillon show on Palud Square which tells the history of Lausanne and the canton Vaud, - Bel Air tower, one of the very first skyscrapers in Switzerland; - the oldest chocolate shop in Lausanne, where we will taste my favourite chocolate in Switzerland; - St. Maire castle, the current cantonal goverment seat; -and much more! In the end of the tour I will accompany you to your accomodation in Lausanne or to the train station
