I am a professional historian and photographer so I will be happy to give best historical tour and show you the best photograph locations! We will see the old parliament building, built by the British in 1930, Lotus tower -South Asia tallest Tower, Independent square, Dutch hospital- created by Dutch over 300 years ago and currently famous for world leading restaurant. Also, Galle's Fort, more than 500 years old, that Englishmen use it as major control location in Sri Lanka, turtles hatchery, and if possibility have time can visit pinnawala elephant farm and hillside tea plantatation and factory visit if possibility available after 3 pm (if client requests)
