Highlights of COLOMBO - City tour in 6 Hours

Let me be your guide for a day in Colombo! I'm a local who loves to show off my city, and I know the best spots to visit. In the morning, we'll start at Galle Face Green and make our way through some of the city's most beautiful neighborhoods. We'll take you to Pettah, Sri Lanka's oldest market district, where you can get lost in a maze of stalls selling everything from fresh produce and spices to clothes and household items—and even pick up some souvenirs along the way. We'll also visit Bazaar Road and Red Mosque, one of Colombo's most iconic mosques, which has been recently restored to its former glory after being destroyed by a tsunami in 2004. From there we'll head over to Lotos Tower, an iconic new tower that offers 360-degree views of the city from its observation deck. After lunch, we'll drive through colonial buildings and modern neighborhoods until we reach Independence Square, where we'll spend some time exploring this historic area before heading back home. We can also add some shopping stops (if you're interested).
