Hi! My name is Adriane I am a high-energy, young, and fun individual. I was born to be a host and I am so excited to share my home with you. Not only do I live in an extremely culturally rich area but almost everywhere you go there is something new to see, and learn and delicious to taste. As an American born and raised here in the Cádiz province, I have developed a special relationship with the area. Growing up here, I have become enchanted with the Spanish culture, traditions, food, and people. This is why most of my experiences are created with a mix of Andalusian culture and gastronomy, which are blended exclusively for you the traveler, so that you may fall in love with the area just as I have. I believe with my unique knowledge of the local customs and culture, coupled with my American perspective, I will succeed in sharing my affection for the Spanish lifestyle and provide you with an excellent experience with flavorful delights through the amazing towns of Cádiz. I assure you a dynamic and fun experience incorporating the important landmarks, sights, amusing anecdotes, and tasty tapas, Cádiz is known for, as well as an entertaining and enjoyable time. I also love to explore, if you have a customized adventure in mind. Let me know and we can plan it together. I have a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a masters degree in Human Resources. I have been a cultural guide since 2017 in the fabulous province of Cadiz as well as an unofficial tapa and sherry wine taster. I love to do my experiences on foot. If you want to take a vehicle I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a car (taxi) upon your request. The fish markets in Spain are open from 9:00am to 2:00pm and closed on Sunday and Monday.

Overview: Step off the beaten path and into the heart of Andalusia’s sherry capital, Jerez de la Frontera. This soulful city—built by the Moors in the 8th century and later shaped by Christian conquests—is the birthplace of Flamenco and home to world-renowned wines. We’ll start with pick-up in Cádiz and drive straight to a prestigious local bodega, where you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of exceptional sherries. Then we’ll hit the cobblestone streets for a guided walking tour of the old city, where you’ll learn about its layered history, Moorish fortresses, and noble landmarks like the Alcázar and the old cathedral. After soaking in the sights, it’s time to indulge: sit down for a traditional tapas lunch, featuring local favorites and regional flavors. Optional Add-On: Let us know if you’d like to visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art—because in Jerez, even the horses dance with flair.
- Sherry Bodega Experience (approx. 2 hours) Start your day with a visit to one of Jerez’s top wineries. Tour the cellars and enjoy a guided tasting of several unique styles of sherry, learning what makes this wine so iconic. - Tour the Old Town of Jerez Stroll through the charming historic center with stops by the Alcázar and Cathedral. Along the way, discover plazas, hidden corners, and stories from Jerez’s Moorish and Christian past. - Lunch at a Local Favorite Enjoy a relaxed Andalusian lunch with local wines and regional specialties in the heart of the city. Optional Add-On: Want more magic? Add a visit to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art—where even the horses dance. Custom Tours Available: Have a group larger than 4 or special requests? Reach out and I’ll craft a personalized experience just for you.

This experience includes round-trip transportation between Cádiz and Jerez de la Frontera (approx. 40 minutes each way) in a comfortable 5-seat, 4-door Hyundai vehicle. If your group is larger than 4 people, we’ll need to arrange a larger vehicle or private taxi service, which will affect the total price—just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Once in Jerez, the tour is on foot. We keep things easy and relaxed, with no more than 20 minutes of walking at a time.
