Addo guided Big 5 Safaris

Addo Elephant National Park is home to the Big 5 with 5 biomes supporting a diverse population of birds and animals. Join us in search of the gentle giants of the African forest and be awed by the scenic beauty of this park. This is the third largest national park in South Africa with a total land area of over 133, 000 hectares. Our tours are conducted in closed air-conditioned vehicles. You will be accompanied by an experienced and knowledgeable guide on your safari. Addo Elephant National Park is home to the world's densest elephant population, lions, buffalo, the highly elusive black rhino, various antelope species and birds.

The tour starts at 08:30am in summer and 10am in winter. We will depart from the city for the South gate of the park (45min ). After taking care of administrative duties, we will start with a game drive in a closed (airconditioned) vehicle for 3 hours covering the South section of the park with a lunch break at a picnic site. We will then continue to rest camp at the main section of the park for a game drive in a safari vehicle for 2 hours (subject to availability ). We will then return to the city.
