We will begin with a car tour passing the streets of Riyadh till we reach our destination. You get a lot of information about many buildings and skyscrapers in the city. Then, the National museum will be our first stop. It has different departments. Each of them transfers us to a diverse era. You will find yourself traveling through time in few minutes. The last destination at the museum is the period of Saudi Estates. We will discover the history of the unification of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Saudi estates from 1727 up to now. After that, we will visit Almasmak fort. We will not miss the auction for antique things at the old market. Finally, we will enjoy a lovely, delicious, traditional Saudi meal in one of the traditional restaurants in the city. With me, you will not get bored.

I learned a lot about Saudi history and culture and experienced their hospitality. The day was filled with great conversations and meaningful interactions. My tour of Riyadh with Thamer was excellent! I sincerely appreciated the level of detail with which he could thoughtfully explain a wide range of topics including history, culture, religion, urban development and cuisine. During our tour, we passed several other guides, and one could tell how much he is respected. Thamer is not only a knowledgeable guide, he is also as a true gentleman, ambassador and historian which made the hours we spent together pass by before one knew it. He deserves 6 stars!
