Desert safari: adventure expedition to the Edge 2 (AlManjour Trail)

My friend came to visit from Switzerland and so I wanted to take her on a trip to remember and this hit the mark perfectly! Abdulrahman is a knowledgeable guide who takes the time to ensure everyone is having a great time and also make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. He had plenty of water, snacks and a first aid kit just in case. He watched out for us and others as we were exploring the cliffs. And of course the view was absolutely breathtaking! Perfect for a really unique experience at sunset, not too far out of Riyadh!

Abdul is an exceptional guide, very professional and passionate about his work. His knowledge is vast, and we learned a lot from him, from life in Arabia to the Muslim religion. We walked from top to bottom and from bottom to top, and while we waited for sunset, the unthinkable happened: a heavy hailstorm left us soaked. After the rain, we were lucky enough to see a beautiful rainbow and feel a pleasant coolness. It was a unique experience, as situations like this are rare in Arabia. Abdul has a passion for hiking and passed it on to us. He was well-equipped and had a suitable vehicle. He prepared a delicious hot tea, and we broke our fast with delicious dates and bread. This is a tour you can't miss!
