Overview of your Timisoara tour
We'll have the chance to wander through the park and enjoy the fresh air. Surely one of the most beautiful National Parks in Europe, and the longest gorge in Romania, Nera Gorge-Beușnița National Park is a perfect place to spend one day if you are in Timisoara and what to escape the city and enjoy spending time in nature. We will spend around 6 hours here overall and talk about the historical region of Banat and about the flora and fauna of the park. This will be a perfect chance for those passionate about photography as we will take some amazing photos throughout our trip. And I can point out to you the right spots and angles! After so much walking, for those of you who are curious and hungry, you will have the chance to taste some traditional Romanian dishes at a local restaurant in Oravita.
Your Timisoara tour itinerary
-Depart from Timisoara around 8. 30 am and drive for 2. 5hours - First stop will be a visit to the 7 tunnels that were dug manually and learn about their history - After a 30minute walk we'll reach the first waterfall and stop to take some nice photos - Ochiul Bei Lake - the highlight of our trip with its turquoise color that will amaze you - Beușnița Waterfall is our last stop after we walk for another 20 minutes. Here we might find only a bit of water ( during July, August, September ) or actually a whole lot of water pouring down if we are in spring, autumn or late winter. - Stop for a traditional Romanian dinner before heading back. - Drive back to Timisoara Additional information: I am flexible and I can customize my tours according to traveler's wishes.
