North of Qatar -Private Tour

Come with me to the northern part of Qatar and let's explore the fishing town of Al Khor. We will be visiting the fishing dock and have the chance to see the fishermen's activities (like preparing to sail, coming back with their fresh catch, and bidding their catch to the public), the fish market, and the dhow harbor where the pearling dhows are being refurbished. Along the way, we will be passing by the not-to-be-missed landmarks in the north. One of which is the Al Bayt stadium, host of the FIFA World Cup 2022 opening game. A quick stop at a local coffee shop for tea/coffee as we continue our journey. Then head to Zubarah Fort - a historical military fortress and the only UNESCO world heritage site in Qatar. Visit Zubarah museum if open, to see the archaeological find discovered from the excavation done in Zubarah archeological site. Before heading back to Doha, we will be witnessing the unobstructed view of the sunset that gives an orange hue to the Zubarah fort.
