🔹 Meeting – Our boat tour will begin at the designated departure point in Portimão, Lagos or Alvor, where I’ll personally welcome you and introduce you to our adventure. 🔹 Cruising the Arade River – As we navigate inland towards Silves, we’ll sail past hidden fishing villages, orange groves, and lush riverside landscapes. Along the way, I’ll share stories of the river’s historical significance and its role in the region’s development. 🔹 Arrival in Silves – Once we dock in Silves, you’ll have free time to explore the town: ✔️ Visit the imposing Silves Castle, a magnificent Moorish fortress. ✔️ Walk through the cobblestone streets and soak in the medieval charm. ✔️ Explore the Silves Cathedral and other historic landmarks. ✔️ Enjoy a traditional Algarve meal at a riverside restaurant (or have a picnic to enjoy onboard). 🔹 Sailing Back – After our time in Silves, we’ll cruise back down the Arade River, taking in the golden afternoon light and the tranquil beauty of the Algarve’s countryside.
