My name is Tere Morales, and I am originally from Mexico. I discovered New Zealand in 2005 and have proudly called it my home ever since. Like many locals in Hawke's Bay, I am an earthquake survivor, having experienced the massive earthquake in Mexico City on September 19th, 1985. My love for nature led me to the tourism sector, where I began my career working with dolphins in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico, for four years. I have been fortunate to travel through and experience 14 different countries, ultimately finding my place in New Zealand. I hold a degree in communications and have a deep passion for different cultures and languages, coupled with a commitment to excellent service. These values inspired me to start a tour company in 2011 to share this beautiful country with the world. I am based in Napier, known as the "Art Deco Capital of the World" and a renowned wine region. In 2023, Hawke's Bay was awarded the title of "Wine Capital of the World."
