Cascade Absalon & Balata Garden - Half Day Shore Excursion in Martinique

On this tour, you'll be surprised by the different scenery you'll get to see in just 4 hours! The famous Jardin de Balata is so charming that you'll feel as if you were entering inside a painting, drawn by a landscape artist who was very passionate about nature. Since the garden doesn't have flat/even grounds through its entirety, you could choose to walk across a bridge hanging from the garden's trees, and enjoy a mesmerizing view. And for the most passionate nature lovers, rest assured you'll have the chance to enjoy a swim in a small natural pool with a waterfall, that we could reach by going down a couple of steps. -After picking you up from Fort-de-France, we'll drive through rainforest along Route de la Trace. -We'll then make our first stop at the Balata Sacré Coeur, which looks exactly like thee one in Montmartre (Paris), only smaller. -Our next stop will be the beautiful Balata Garden, where you'll get to walk between its plants, trees & tropical flowers. You could even opt to go across a bridge hanging from its treetops. -We'll later drive to the Absalon waterfall, a marvel in a verdant setting, where you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the fresh water coming from the mountain. -Finally, we'll take a 15 min walk into the lush rainforest to reach the clear water Alma stream, which we'll walk alongside of for a bit. This little walk is an immersion between the old high trees of this protected area, which gives the impression of being in the middle of a jungle of lianas & big roots. -At last, we'll return to Fort-de-France by once again driving along Route de la Trace, until I drop you off.
