I was born here and have lived here for a long time, and personally I have been a tour guide for 5 years. I will introduce not only the history and culture of this area, but also the fact that seven sake breweries are densely packed in this area and the exotic our life. I love sake. I am happy to be born in this area because I can drink a lot of delicious sake every day. haha. . . ! In this Takayama City, thanks to the temperature difference in summer and the good water flowing out of the Northern Alps, very good rice can be obtained and delicious sake can be obtained by using it. Even if there are 7 sake breweries within 200m and each brewery has the same ingredients, there are different tastes. I would like to introduce such a special thing in Takayama city. I'm looking forward to meet you soon !! ・Rafting guide(RAJ) ・Shower Climbing guide(RAC) ・I guided more than 3000 people within this 5year(2019-2023). I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

Takayama is famous as one of the greatest sake-producing locations in Japan where full-scale production began around the 17th century and there are some reasons why sake in Takayama is so tasty. First, it's because of its special climate, surrounded by 3, 000-meter high Japanese Alps mountains where it snows a lot in winter and it can get very cold what is essential for sake production. Also, it is because of the clear and pure infiltrated water coming from the Northern Alps and the third reason is the rice "Hida-Homare". This type of rice is well known for its sweetness, spiciness, sourness, astringency and bitterness but all of these ingredients are in a very good balance. Some breweries, besides sake, have developed many kinds of and local sake cheesecake bar and local sake jelly have a unique aroma and taste. Are you curious to experience more about sake and Japanese culture? I am sure you will enjoy this new experience, please join me.
