The best private 6 hours tour from Shimizu port in Shizuoka, closer to Mt.Fuji areas( a chartered taxi for 2 people)

It was our last full day in Japan and we were so lucky to have spent the day touring with Hiroko and getting a full view of Mt. Fuji in all her glory as well as seeing the Shiraito Water Falls, the Fujinomiya Sengen Shrine, Wakutamaike water falls and the beautiful Shizuoka tea field. Hiroko provided us with lifelong memories by taking us to all if the highlights and then to an authentic Japanese lunch. Hiroko is so personable and friendly and her passion to show Japan to her clients is so evident. We highly recommend her!

We had a wonderful day with Hiroko visiting beautiful sites close to Mount Fuji. Although it happened to rain most of the day, and we only caught glimpses of parts of Mt. Fuji, Hiroko was still able to make the day a magical one and gave us a tour we will always remember. We visited the Shiraito waterfalls, Fujinomiya Sengen Shrine and enjoyed a peaceful walk around the crystal clear waters of a pond and larger stream fed by the springs from Mount Fuji. We also enjoyed visiting tea fields. One of the highlights was lunch at a small local restaurant operated by a husband and wife who make soba noodles by hand. The meal was delicious! Even though the owners spoke no English, and obviously catered to locals, they made us feel as though we were regular patrons. The biggest highlight was spending the day with Hiroko and getting to know her. You should definitely use Hiroko as your guide!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Hiroko. She was knowledgeable and kind. Even though we didn't get to see Mt Fuji, we still had a wonderful day. The restaurant we ate lunch at, as well as the restaurant owners, were a highlight of the day.

Hiroko was phenomena, we loved her! As a licensed guide and interpreter, her communication skills are excellent, both in written communication and in speaking. Further, Hiroko possesses an enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge of Japanese culture. We saw views of Mt. Fuji without the crowds, witnessed magnificent waterfalls, and had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant that we would not have found without her. We feel blessed to have met this wonderful guide and new friend.
