Greeting from Japan. I am Hiroko, a national licensed tour guide. I live in Izunokuni-city, just 1. 5 hours from Tokyo, surrounded by beautiful seas , and with the land surrounding one truly amazing Mountain: Mt. Fuji. (actually I see Mt. Fuji from my window. ) I do guiding not only in this area, but also most of the places in Japan such as Tokyo, Nikoo, Kamakura, Hakone, Shizuoka (shimizu port), Takayama, Hida, kanazawa, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima, Himeji and so on for FIT, VIP and any group guests. I have traveled 38 countries, having lived in Perth, Australia and Barcelona Spain, which have helped to open my mind, understanding different cultures and ways of thinking. And I would like you to experience what you can see and do in Japan! Here in my area, you do unique cultural experiences: Japanese tea picking in a beautiful tea field overlooking Mt. Fuji, and after that you can enjoy Hot spring!!! Also I can take you to a deep into the mountains to visit natural "Wasabi field" and have lunch at Local sushi restaurant. For cruising guests, I organize 4-6 hours tours, visiting "Miho Pine grove", one of the sites of Mt. Fuji world heritage, Toshogu shrine, Ando Hiroshige museum (the world famous wood print artist), and even a trip to Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone (depending on the time permitted). It is my pleasure to make your trip happy, memorable and fun. So please do not hesitate to ask me . I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much. Hiroko san was a an exceptional tour guide! She is fluent in English and is very easy to be around. We hired a taxi and Hiroko san met us at our Ryokan with the taxi to get started for the day. She knew that an early view of Mt Fuji would be better that day so we reversed our course and was able to get some spectular photos that morning. We went on to see the western coast of Izu and saw beautiful sights along the way including the 7 waterfallls. I would highly recommend Hiroko san for your tour!
Our day with 'Wasabi Queen' Hiroko was very pleasant. We had many laughs throughout the day. A few days prior to the tour date, I developed walking issues and she gave that some consideration. She and the driver communicated very well and together they also adapted around the intermittent rainy weather. I reflected on the literature and map souvenir that she kindly gave thoughtfully gave us. Nice memories of a lovely place and lovely day. Thank you Hiroko!
Hiroko is a great tour guide. She speaks and writes fluent English. Always vey responsive and helpful in our email correspondence. Her tour is interesting and informative. She's also very flexible with the tour. As the weather was clear in the morning, she moved the itin around and took us on a cable car ride to see the great view of Mount Fuji. Then we visited Shuzenji, a beautiful old town in Izu. She also took us to the beautiful wasabi fields. It's one fine day and great tour.
She made the trip very relaxing and interesting with her trip plan and personal knowledge. The right guide for this area of Japan
Hiroko is an excellent tour guide. She is very proficient in English, gives excellent advice & makes great decisions as timing of visits (e.g. avoid peak time, non-touristy places with mainly locals - visits & meals). She is also very caring and good with old folks. I brought along my 85-yr old mum whom Hiroko took very good care of during the whole trip (I did about 4 whole days with her).
