Three "words" to describe me? Contemporary art addicted, cat lover and passionate foodie. Born and raised in Bologna (although I spent a few years off in the UK), I know every inch of my town and how tricky it can be finding a good balance between traditional sightseeing (because let's be honest, there are some things that can't be missed!) and experience new stuff. After working for several years as an Art Event producer in Bologna and internationally, I know all the secret spells to create an "experience". Now it's time to take you through it! My tours are not just your usual art or food tour (although I can do that too if you want! :-) ) I will combine my passions and yours to create an experience that will suit you like a tailor-made dress, and show you what my beautiful city can offer you in a more unconventional way. As a local qualified guide I have access to all landmarks. Licenced National Tour Guide. Licenced tour leader. Licenced sommelier with AIS (Italian Association of Sommelier) MA in Curating Contemporary art I am only permitted to guide in ENGLISH and ITALIAN, although able to make conversation in French and understand Spanish too. I'm not a professional driver and cannot legally drive you around but I can join you in your car or hire a driver for our tour

Waking up early, we’ll head to the scenic hills of Modena (a car is required—please contact me if you'd like me to arrange a driver for you). Our first stop will be a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory, where you’ll witness firsthand the production of one of the world’s most renowned and delicious cheeses. After the cheese factory, we’ll continue our flavorful journey to an acetaia (Balsamic Vinegar house), nestled among vineyards and meadows. Here, we’ll uncover the secrets behind the creation of Modena's precious "black gold." **Notes:** This tour begins in Bologna and takes you to the countryside between Modena and Bologna, but does not include a visit to the city of Modena itself. Interested in adding a prosciutto factory visit to your tour? Please contact me before booking, and I’ll be happy to arrange it for you!
- Visit of a Parmigiano Reggiano (parmesan cheese) factory + cheese tasting - Visit of a acetaia (Traditional Balsamic Vinegar producer) + balsamic vinegar tasting and happy hour break with local delicacies * Possibility to add extra Prosciutto Factory tour (if interested please let me know in advance for quotation and availability) ** Itinerary might change according to time of the year and weather forecasts
