This was our second tour with Isadora and it was also amazing. Isadora secured a driver that took us to the Modena countryside to experience & taste Balsamic Vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano & Prosciutto at local factories and we were impressed with every aspect of this experience. Isadora had a personal relationship with the owners of each business which allowed her access to all areas of the process. They all knew her very well and were most welcoming to us. What impressed me the most was Isadora's knowledge of each and every factory and processes. It was simply amazing and impressive. You really felt not only her passion for the products but her love for the businesses and people. Additionally, we were able to spend time at the end of each visit tasting the product. We were never rushed and always felt welcome and at home. Isadora conducted an unforgettable experience.

Isadora was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She walked us thru the Parmesan tour with step by step descriptions of what was done and why, then took us to Patricia's Balsamic house. What an education and the balsamic was fantastic. Now we know good "real" Balsamic from the stuff in the store. We topped it off with a Ferrari tour, the cars are amazing. Great tour, learned a lot, bought some fantastic cheese and balsamic. Isadora was excellent, I highly recommend her.
