Cochin is the farm-green commercial town of Kerala and one of the finest natural harbours in the world. The harbour is the nucleus around which has grown to become the "Queen of the Arabian Sea". Once a major center for commerce and trade, the Arabs, Chinese, Portugese, Dutch, British etc; have all come to its shores in search of exotic spices and sandalwood even today. Cochin continues the tradition of welcoming visitors with its customary warmth and hospitality. The backwaters extending to the East and South from the harbour are dotted with tiny islands formed naturally by alluvial deposits from the rivers. Cochin was able to offer in abundance the best of spices to the world, a reputation that continues to this day. As I am very familiar with the nook and corner of this city I can show you each and every historical monuments, and can explain their historical importance and legendary stories that makes Cochin much more interesting. Besides there are places in Cochin which are not familiar but interesting which I can show you and you can experience it as a local. You can also taste local delicacies such as curry rice & sea food. What I like about my native city Cochin is its cosmopolitan nature with different ethnic people and you can see different culture in such a small local area, which is amazing and very rare to see in other places and I am very much proud to have been born in this city. The climate is also very pleasant. My Tours are flexible and open to customisation.
