A "Senior Guide" by now, being a tour guide since 1994, I'm still passionate about this ever-changing town.
This is Berlin to me: modern German politics, city planning, Prussian kings and emperors, avantgarde arts and cultures, multiethnic life, dreamy lakeshores, a great amount of freedom. . . but mostly, of course, it's the 20th century history which counts here.
The two big tales of the 20th century were Berlin-made - one of deepest misery and one of highest joy - Hitler's Third Reich and the Fall of the Berlin Wall. It was the fascination of Berlin after the Wall had gone, the split city becoming one, that made me turn Berlin into my profession.
I offer expertise and experience, comprehensive, top-quality and knowledgeable services, always focusing on my guests's interests and wishes. All my tours can be taken either with minivan, bus, or walking/taxi/public transport. All tours in English, Spanish or German.
I also work as tour and travel guide in Germany, Czech Republic, and Poland, Krakow/Auschwitz.
Apart from guiding, I love swing dancing and I create art (mostly drawings).
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Berlin!
