On the way to the most attractive hot spots we pass the famous "Hofbräuhaus" beer hall, the old and new residence (where the Bavarian kings lived), Isar surfers, 5-star hotels with their facilities (ball halls, night clubs, cafes . . . ) and graffiti art . On Thursday evenings Munich's art galleries invite you to their vernissages . Do you want to join? Option 1: OKTOBERFEST In the last 2 weeks of September, the biggest party in the world, the Oktoberfest (or 'Wiesn' for short; in English: meadow), takes place in Munich.
