Hi there, and welcome to Saint-Tropez! I grew up in Saint-Tropez, went to school here, and have always felt deeply connected to this little village. Today, my own children are attending the same school I did. Saint-Tropez is still a small village at heart, where people know each other, traditions are alive, and local life matters. I love sharing that authentic side of Saint-Tropez with my guests — far beyond the glamour and the famous yachts. I take part in the traditions of my village and enjoy supporting the small shops, artisans, restaurants and local businesses that make Saint-Tropez unique. After studying tourism, I discovered my passion for guiding. I later returned to university in my 30s to study Art History and deepen my knowledge of the places and artists I love. I also worked as a guide in the Loire Valley while I was a student. I have now been guiding in Saint-Tropez for more than 20 years. Today, through my own small business, I create personalized experiences to help visitors discover the village through the eyes of a local. Saint-Tropez may be famous around the world, but there is so much more to discover: the centuries-old Bravade traditions, the village's fascinating history and former independence, the painters who were inspired by its extraordinary light, and of course its delicious local specialties — from Tarte Tropézienne and nougat to Provençal rosé and fresh seafood. I offer a variety of experiences, from food and art tours to family adventures, village discoveries, picnics and excursions around the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Every day is different, and every guest is different. Choose one of my tours or tell me what you are looking for, and I will be happy to create an experience around your interests. I look forward to welcoming you to my Saint-Tropez! À bientôt, Frédérique Qualifications • BTS Tourism • Bachelor's Degree in Art History (Licence) • Licensed Tour Guide As a licensed guide, I can guide you inside historical monuments and museums. Please note: I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your own vehicle, or I can arrange a separate vehicle and professional driver for your tour.
