Bonjour et bienvenue à tous, Being a native from Villefranche-sur-Mer, located between Nice and Monaco and facing the world-famous Cap Ferrat, I grew up in the heart of the French Riviera. I loved going to see the festivities of the Nice Carnaval in February like the Menton lemon festival, the Monaco palace with its guards and its Cousteau Oceanic Museum, the luxury cars of Monte-Carlo were something special for me because my father was a professional sports car mechanic who participated in the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix for more than 10 years. We were also lucky in May to enjoy the Cannes Film Festival and meet film actors and actresses or French televisions celebrities walking on the Boulevard de La Croisette. Every time I mention my first job outside of Nice, outside of France, I always have the same answer full of surprises " how did you end up in Idaho...?" Well, back in Feb. 2002, during the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, I had the great opportunity to work for two years at the famous Sun Valley Ski Resort as a restaurant and banquet manager. I enjoyed every opportunity to visit most of the West Side and have fond memories of it because it was so different from my hometown French Riviera and also another exclusive, "rich and famous" place to experience. Back in Nice, back in school to be certified as a licensed lecturer-guide, i now take every opportunity to show my clients my area as a local and make sure they feel at home, throughout their stay. For 18 years I am specialized in providing private tours on the French Riviera & in Provence, which means that all my tours can be tailor-made at your convenience, from the great classic for first-time visitors to unique experiences, including adapted for children, my programs can also be customized as multi-day tours so that you to enjoy, discover and understand South of France today and yesterday, its history, its heritage and monuments, its gastronomy and its art of living. Looking forward to meeting you soon… State-certified tour guide from the University of Nice and the Ministry of Tourism, State-certified in Art and History, I am authorized to guide you through old towns, museums, churches, cathedrals and historical sites and monuments. Up-to-date French professional transport aggregation with transport and civil liability insurance certificates and professional driving license and first aid certificate.

Starting the day with the colors and scents of products of the Provençal market of Antibes along the coast is one of my favorite pleasure. Walking along the ramparts will bring us from the Greeks to Picasso and today Mega yachts. Then time for the country side, I love driving those peaceful roads through the mountains overlooking the sea. Grasse will share its liquid perfume birth with us before we move forward to the very top of the mountain just before the Alps to reach Gourdon, one of the villages I love to visit the most because it is still very authentic, always active and full of craftsmen, either in food or arts. The drive down from Gourdon going through the Loup River canyon is outstanding and will lead us to Tourrettes sur Loup, off the beaten track village that I like to show you because still organized as the Medieval time. St Paul de Vence is no longer to present as one of the most visited villages in France, uniquely mixing Provençal village life style, modern art and local traditions.
On our tour we will discover: - Antibes: Fortified city and largest marina in Europe with its Billionaires Quay, Grimaldi castle and Picasso's Museum. - Grasse: The Perfume World Capital with a visit to its oldest perfume Factory and Museum. - Gourdon: An "eagles-nest" built on a top of a rock. Honey and glass manufacturing. - Tourrettes-sur-Loup: A perched medieval village overlooking the Riviera and the Capital of Violets. - St Paul de Vence: The jewel of French Riviera ! An authentic medieval village with intact 16C ramparts, wonderful art boutiques and Marc Chagall's grave. Please note this tour can be customized.
