Really hadn't been aware of the significance of Santos until this tour. It was interesting to see the development of the old part of the city and visit the coffee museum, etc. All my many questions were patiently answered and it was a very agreeable and informative afternoon. Thank you.
This was a really good tour with Diogo! He was excellent! His English is very good, he spoke to us about the city from the perspective of a life long resident. He answered all of our questions clearly and with a great sense of humour. He took us to a very small coffee shop high has been in the old town for over 100 years, there they roast, grind and make wonderful Brazilian coffee—very interesting. He made a point of asking about our interests and did his best to fulfill our wishes. Highly recommended!
-From the Port of Santos, the biggest in South America, we will start a Panoramic Tour by the coastline where we will see the beautiful beach garden and stop for pictures. -Then, we will pass by Santos Football Club stadium on the way to the historic city center to -Visit the Monte Serrat by a funicular tram and the coffee museum. -If you prefer we can customize the tour changing the places to be visited. Other options are: Santos F. C. Memorial (Football Club); Orchid Garden; Pelé Museum; Aquarium. -After the visits, it will be time to come back to the ship. If you don't mind staying longer I recommend an 8 hours tour, which I can customize for you. We can visit more places and taste the local food!
