Let's visit the other side of Rio's Bay - The "Smile city"
Overview of your Rio De Janeiro tour
Starting around 9 am, we will leave from our meeting point and head to the longest bridge in Brazil, which take us to the other side of the Bay. Along the bridge of 9 miles, we welcome you to Niterói, a wonderful city with amazing views of Rio. Our first stop will be the architectonic "Niemayer's pathway" designed by the famous architect Oscar Niemayer. We will then be stoping to check another icon of Niteroi: the Modern Art Museum, the beach of Icaraí, the beach of San Francisco and finally going up to the top of the city park to contemplate the best view of all. We will then stop for lunch (not included, optional) at a local fish restaurant in the fisherman's village of Jurujuba and finally ending visiting the Santa Cruz fortress. What I like the most about this area is the diversity of people, tradition, culture and music as well as the different scenarios put together so close, such as the Ocean, the bay, the mountains, the forest and a big city as Rio.
