Marcelo gave us a wonderful tour of La Paz. He had planned the day perfectly and even juggled things around when it started raining, minimizing our time in the rain. He was very easy to communicate with, both in setting up the tour and during the day we spent in La Paz. He even gave us a restaurant recommendation for dinner which turned out to be a spectacular.
